How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before the order has been shipped.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the situation.
